Some houses were built to a spec sheet. Others have plaster walls, arched doorways, and eighty years of somebody’s life in them. I’ve built my career around the second kind — Phoenix’s historic and character neighborhoods, and the people who understand why that difference matters.

Over the past twelve-plus years I’ve closed more than 100 residential transactions across Arizona, working with buyers, sellers, and investors through exciting new chapters and complicated life transitions alike. I know this housing stock — from 1920s bungalows in the Coronado and F.Q. Story districts to midcentury ranches and modern new builds — and I help clients make clear decisions without the noise.

Two things shape how I work. Before residential real estate, I spent years as a Marketing Design Manager for a national commercial real estate investment trust, which sharpened my instincts for positioning, branding, and visual storytelling. I bring that directly into pricing strategy, prep guidance, and listing marketing that actually earns attention. And residential remodeling and finish carpentry are longtime passions of mine — they’ve given me an eye for construction quality, honest repair costs, and the small details that make a space feel right. When we walk a house together, you get both reads: what it will take to sell it well, and what it will actually cost to live in it.

The rest is straightforward. I listen first, I tell you what I actually think, and I’d rather advise you to wait than push a transaction that isn’t right yet.

Originally from the Philadelphia area, I’ve called Arizona home since 2011. When I’m not with clients, you’ll find me out in the desert and mountains — water skiing, paddleboarding, snow skiing, or hiking Valley trails. Or downtown at a show. I’ve spent a lot of nights at Crescent Ballroom and the Van Buren, which is part of how I came to know these neighborhoods in the first place.
